Bootcamps are generally LIVE on Zoom every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9 a.m. sharp and run for roughly 45 minutes. When Monni's away, you'll be directed to the massive online archives to choose an on-demand workout. On Tuesdays and Thursdays get ready for some wicked challenges dreamed up by Monni to test your strength and resolve! All classes are available to subscribers online through the website to do on demand. We've got more than 350 classes to choose from! Remember, check with your doctor before working out with us, just to to make sure. Modifications will frequently be offered. Recommended equipment: A chair, a mat, weights, a stool or step stool, gliders (or paper plates for carpet/a towel for harder floors) a mini band, and a stability ball. **Most exercises can be done without the gear so don't let that stop you!
