Bootcamps are LIVE on Zoom every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9 a.m. sharp and run for 45 minutes to an hour. EXCEPT FOR JULY 11-22 AND AUG 8-19. All classes are available to subscribers online through the website to do on demand. We've got more than 350 classes to choose from! Remember, check with your doctor before working out with us, just to to make sure. Modifications will frequently be offered. Recommended equipment: A chair, a mat, weights, a stool or step stool, gliders (or paper plates for carpet/a towel for harder floors) a mini band, and a stability ball. **Most exercises can be done without the gear so don't let that stop you!
