HAPPY CANADA DAY! Build the habit of staying active all summer long with this 8-week self-paced fitness challenge. Let's be honest, the summer is busy. The kids are out of school and all of a sudden beach days, bbq's, and family time are all big priorities! That doesn't mean our health goes on the back burner.
