There are some questions we get asked a lot. Below is a handy list to help you find answers to some of our most common questions.

  • I'm new. Will it be too hard?
    Every body is different and people's levels of fitness vary. These workouts tend to be challenging but you can always modify it to make it harder or easier depending on what you need. Listen to your body and let Monni know about any injuries or concerns. You can do it!
  • Are they all full-body workouts?
    Generally. There's usually a bit of core exercise at the end. Some days are a bit more focused on lower body workouts and other days we hit the upper body harder but everything usually gets worked.
  • How much does it cost?
    Each of the online Zoom workouts are $4 and you can pick and choose which ones you'd like to attend. If you're a frequent participant, why not sign up for the month? You'll only pay $28 for every online fitness class offered that month! What a deal! Personal training prices vary depending on a few factors.   • If I miss a workout can I do it later?
    It depends. If you signed up for the single workout, no. If you signed up for the month of workouts, yes. You will have access to the fitness archives and you can fit the class into your schedule on demand.
  • Do I need an account?
    Yes. But it doesn't cost a thing. Sign up at and that'll make it easier for you to navigate the bookings page.
  • I'm not from your town/province/country, does it matter?
    Not really. If you're able to e-transfer and you've got an internet connection you're good to go with the workouts!
  • I just had a baby. Can I do these workouts?
    Having a baby is a big deal. When you're cleared by your doctor to resume activity, you may be able to do these workouts. You know your body best. Let Monni know and she'll help with some modifications to help you ease back into exercise.
  • I'm not so good at computers. Can you help?
    Technology can be hard, we get it. Don't let that stop you from getting your workouts in though! Send us a note using the little pink button on the bottom of the page and we'll be happy to help you sign up and register for whatever you need.
