Service Description

Bootcamps are LIVE on Zoom every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9 a.m. sharp, run for roughly 40 minutes and are followed by a five-minute stretch if you want to hang around. If you can't make it to the live classes, don't worry, we've got you covered. All classes are available to subscribers online through the website do to on demand. We've got more than 300 classes to choose from! Remember, check with your doctor before working out with us, just to to make sure. Modifications will frequently be offered. Recommended equipment: A chair, a mat, weights, a stool or step stool, gliders (or paper plates for carpet/a towel for harder floors) a mini band, and a stability ball. **Most exercises can be done without the gear so don't let that stop you!
